Hello, I’m Tiffany Ima!

I teach creative women how to use

exercise and self-care to manage depression

and improve their overall wellness.

You are already incredible.

I’m here to show you how to feel incredible all the time - even though you experience depression. Depression is debilitating and causes you to lose the opportunity to experience joy regularly.

You can build your own happiness through a simple and holistic approach to wellness. I will show you how to build a routine of exercise and self care that will help relieve symptoms of depressions.

I believe that your aesthetic goals are not enough to maintain a lifestyle of fitness and health. My method places a focus on corrective and preventative exercise to help you remain injury free, learn how to move and function better, improving your overall health.

I was ruled by depression and controlled by my emotions.

For 15 years, I would move in and out of low lows and high highs.

In 2016 I was being unable to have healthy interactions and struggling to get out of bed for months.

I was fed up.

I decided to make a commitment to my wellness and take control of my emotions.

Through prayer and action, I begin working out 5-6 days a week and taking time to learn more about myself and engage in self-care activities. This ultimately led me to get a personal training certification through NASM.

Now I am determined to share with you the benefits of constantly improving your overall well being.

Let’s build your joy together!
