I believe you can build your own happiness through a holistic approach to wellness. 

Through fitness self-care and style, I promote mental and physical wellness with an emphasis on function before aesthetics. 



I was ruled by depression and controlled by my emotions.

After months of being unable to have healthy interactions and struggling to get out of bed. I decided to make a commitment to my wellness and take control of my emotions.

I begin working out 5-6 days a week and taking time to learn more bout myself and engage in self-care activities. This ultimately led me to get a personal training certification through NASM. 

My desire is to encourage other creative women who suffer from depression and anxiety to learn to manage their emotions through healthy outlets.
