After months of being unable to have healthy interactions and struggling to get out of bed. I decided to make a commitment to my wellness and take control of my emotions.
Through prayer and action, I begin working out 5-6 days a week and taking time to learn more bout myself and engage in self-care activities. This ultimately led me to get a personal training certification through NASM.
